Insurethat the system structure contacts only thedrive mounting framesand clears the drive HDA by at least 0.06 in.(1.5mm).Maintain a minimumclearance of 0.04 in. (1.0 mm) between any systemstructure and any PCA component.Use 6/32 UNC screwswith flat washers under the heads and torquethem to 15 inch-pounds.When mounted, thescrew should not protrude more than 6 mm (0.24in.)into drive from mounting frame surface.OperatingTemperature Guidelines--------------------------------Ambient air temperature and airflow must beproperly balanced tomaintain drive performance and reliability.Operating Temperature Considerations The operating ambient air temperaturespecification is 5*C to 50*C (41*F to 122*F). Adjust the ambient air temperature toprevent the temperature at each location from exceeding the statedlimit.Airflow Considerations The recommended air flow to maintain thecomponent temperatures is 3 to 5 CFM (cubic feet per minute) with mostof the air flowing across the printed circuit board.
